I did get this fixed after tweeting and emailing several times. I would fix the stars but am not able to for some reason. This now works well. I wonder if there is anything to take this to the next level? Like if the email is not opened within one day I would like to send up another send. I have had issues each time I change my draft, I have not been able to get a hold of the developer after 4 email attempts. I have removed the page, I have re added, I have deleted my browsing history. I am so mad that you cannot get any support or there are no directions on what to do if it is not working. UGGGGGGH!!!!!! I have used the same rule since I have started. I do not have 50 emails maybe 30 daily. I have the upgrade. Also I would like to put a small image in the message, that is when it stopped working. WHY CAN't GOOGLE just have this option automatically.
